This mat is perfect for any gym equipment. I needed it for under my treadmill to protect my floor and provide added padding for when I am running. It works great and is the perfect size for what I needed. The material is also thick and quality which will last a long time

This does exactly as advertised! Large size and will easily fit most exercise equipment. I actually plan on using this in my apt for weight training to reduce vibration/noise. Thick, dense material - about 5x as thick as a traditional yoga mat and much larger. I can also see using this as a standing mat in front of a garage workbench.

I recently got this exercise matt and I absolutely love it! The material is very squishy, but feels thick and durable. I have used it on my driveway to stretch before a run and it was great! The bottom of the matt does a great job holding it in place while in use. This is by far the best matt I have had!

This mat is a nice size. I thought it was going to be too small to stretch out on, but it was a great size. The thickness was great to provide a smooth slip proof surface on top of carpet for my son to stretch and work out on. I was quite impressed with the quality.

This product is bigger than I expected. I love the material. It seems very durable and that it will last a very long time. It is not slippery at all. I can move around perfectly while on it. Would highly recommend
