Just got my cup out of box to put in gift bag and it's missing the straw.I ordered 3 of these cups and this is only one that didn't have straw. Sandra Gaines
Item was missing the straw that was supposed to come with it. Now I need to make an additional purchase for the straws. I bought the 40oz tumbler.
The product came poorly wrapped aka just thrown in the box with a little bubble wrap on the top and had a big black scuff on the white siding of the tumbler.
