Lower quality than I expected

It arrived in the wrong color, black and I ordered it in Gray. I immediately emailed the Customer support email provided and have had no reply. Since I’m stuck with the black, I used it this weekend and the, (not overstuffed), medium bag’s zipper has began to separate from the material.

I would not buy this again! One zipper broke on the first day of school. Then the big zipper completely broke apart on the second day of school. Then the backpack completely broke on my daughter on the third day. Her supplies fell out of the back back while walking in the hall. This is an 11 year old. Plus they do not carry books anymore. It is not like her back pack was weighted down with hard back books. It was just a chrome book and school supplies.
