No issue with jumper but some how charging port is missing when package delivered.

i had occasion to use this product 1 day after receiving it. the engine turned over verry fast and started almost immediately. very happy with the product.

My husband has a friend who has this jump starter and thought it was the greatest!! So when I saw it, I bought two. We have not had to use them yet, but they were already charged 80% so they’ll be ready when and if we need them. So handy to have in your car. They will be easy to use - not like battery charger cables that I was always a little apprehensive about using.

Directions are printed so small I can hardly read them. If not for already having one of these it would be really hard to read instructions.

so far it works but I think only on vehicles that ran today and the batteries are dead and won't start down the road. I tried it on a vehicle that was down almost a month but it took 3 tries to get it started and it drained the jump pack's battery. I recharged it and it works still.
